China has unveiled the world’s largest drone-carrying aircraft, named Jiu Tian, a technological marvel developed through collaboration between two leading Chinese military companies. The aircraft significantly boosts China’s defense capabilities by enabling long-range, high-altitude drone deployment.

Weighing 11 tons, Jiu Tian can carry up to 6 tons of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), including loitering and kamikaze drones. It has a flight ceiling of 49,000 feet, making it difficult to intercept or target using conventional air defenses.

The aircraft is designed to travel over 4,300 miles and can release up to 100 drones mid-air over hostile territories. Experts say this capability allows it to launch swarm drone attacks deep within enemy territory, potentially transforming future warfare strategies.

Equipped with missiles as well, the Jiu Tian is being hailed as a revolutionary weapon system with the potential to redefine aerial combat and surveillance in modern military operations.
