Karachi: Icy winds blowing from Balochistan have plunged Karachi into colder weather, with the perceived temperature dropping 2 to 4 degrees Celsius below the actual readings.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), Karachi is expected to experience cold and dry conditions over the next 24 hours. The minimum temperature recorded today was 12.2°C.
Forecasts suggest that the city’s maximum temperature may reach 26°C, while the minimum could dip to 10°C in the next 24 hours. Northeasterly winds are expected to blow at a speed of 10 to 25 kilometers per hour throughout the day.
It’s noteworthy that Karachi has been enduring a chilly spell over the past few days due to cold winds sweeping in from Balochistan.
