Cape Town: Pakistan’s national cricket team was forced to follow-on after being bowled out for just 194 runs in response to South Africa’s massive total of 615 runs in the first innings of the second Test match.

In the ongoing two-match series at Cape Town, South Africa posted a dominant first-innings total, thanks to remarkable centuries from Ryan Rickelton (259), Temba Bavuma (106), and Kyle Verreynne (100). Pakistan, however, struggled to put up a fight, managing only 194 runs in reply, leaving them 421 runs behind.

As a result, Pakistan is now facing the challenge of following on in this crucial match.
