The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has approved interim bail for Bushra Bibi, wife of PTI founder Imran Khan, in 32 cases. She appeared before ATC Judge Amjad Ali Shah in connection with cases registered in police stations across Rawalpindi, Attock, and Chakwal related to the events of November 26.
Bushra Bibi’s lawyer presented arguments in favor of her interim bail, which the court accepted. Bail surety bonds were also submitted on her behalf.
The court granted interim bail to Bushra Bibi until January 13, 2024, providing temporary relief as legal proceedings continue.
This decision comes amidst ongoing legal scrutiny involving PTI leaders, with extensions in bail also granted in related cases.
