Karachi – Chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, was briefed on key Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects in Sindh during a meeting with the Special Assistant to the Sindh Chief Minister, Qasim Naveed Qamar.
During the meeting, Qasim Naveed Qamar informed Bilawal Bhutto that PPP projects worth over Rs. 6.5 billion have been successfully completed across the province. These projects include the National Institute of Child Health, the Mulla Katiar Bridge, the Hyderabad-Mirpurkhas Carriageway, and initiatives under the Sindh National Power Company.
The briefing highlighted that German investors have expressed interest in investing in agriculture and water infrastructure in Sindh. Additionally, German companies are keen to develop electric vehicle charging infrastructure in the province.
On the occasion, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari emphasized that public-private partnerships for national development align with the vision of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto. He remarked that the successful execution of these projects in Sindh signifies progress for the entire country.
The PPP Chairman further lauded the accelerated implementation of public-private partnership initiatives in Sindh, calling it an encouraging step toward sustainable development and economic growth.
