Assembly will not run if resignations from PTI MNAs are obtained forcibly: Asad Qaisar

ISLAMABAD, DEC 17 (ONLINE): PTI leader and MNA Asad Qaisar has said in National Assembly (NA) that assembly will not run if resignations are obtained from PTI Members of National Assembly (MNAs) forcibly.

Federal minister Rana Tanvir Hussain said Asad Qaisar is giving wrong statement. Privilege motion be tabled in respect of the MNA from Punjab upon whom raid was conducted.

NA met under deputy speaker Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah Tuesday.

Federal minister said KP Chief Minister launched offensive against Punjab by using state resources. During their government mobile of DPO and DC were checked. They are giving wrong statement.

Former NA speaker Asad Qaisar said a special committee was constituted. This committee has taken what action so far. Raids are being conducted on houses of PTI MNAs from Punjab. They are being threatened. MNAs are being asked to resign. Parliament has turned into rubber stamp. Assembly will not run if resignations are obtained from PTI MNAs forcibly.
