In a recent blog post, Bachchan admitted that he often forgets lines, makes mistakes on set, and frequently requests directors for another take to improve his performance. He shared that work-related meetings feel like a test, requiring difficult decisions on which projects to accept or reject.
Reflecting on his career, the veteran actor expressed concerns about doing justice to his roles. He revealed that after returning home, he often realizes his mistakes and sometimes even calls the director at midnight to request another chance.
Bachchan also highlighted the growing challenges of aging in the industry, including the complexities of production and marketing, which remain unfamiliar to him.
His recent cryptic social media posts had sparked speculation about his retirement. However, he later dismissed the rumors in a lighthearted manner on his popular show Kaun Banega Crorepati.
