The Secretary of Information for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Sheikh Waqas Akram, stated that the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ali Amin, enhanced the honor of the Pashtun community by helping former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s wife, Bushra Bibi, evade arrest.

While addressing a press conference in Peshawar, Sheikh Waqas remarked that the government has been attempting to conceal the truth, while those who bring it to light are being imprisoned.

He claimed that although the government insists not a single shot was fired, evidence and video footage clearly show how many bullets were discharged.

Sheikh Waqas Akram accused the government of pressuring Polyclinic Hospital and tampering with the records, alleging that 12 people were martyred on the spot and their families were denied the bodies. He added that many of their party members remain missing, and they believe the government is holding them. The number of injured is in the thousands, and data is being compiled to share with the media. He reiterated that Ali Amin elevated the dignity of the Pashtuns by protecting Bushra Bibi from arrest.

The PTI leader further mentioned that a resolution was presented in the Balochistan Assembly to ban PTI. In response, PTI will introduce a resolution in the KP Assembly to ban the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).

It is worth noting that on November 26, security forces cleared protesters from Islamabad. As the operation commenced, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and Bushra Bibi fled the scene, followed by the retreat of party workers. The police arrested hundreds of protesters.

Following their escape from Islamabad, Ali Amin and Bushra Bibi reportedly went to Mansehra.
