Speaker Ayaz Sadiq Calls for Unity Between Government and Opposition for Pakistan’s Progress

Islamabad: National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq emphasized the need for constructive dialogue between the government and opposition to ensure Pakistan’s progress and political stability. Speaking to the media, he stated, “Both the government and the opposition must come together to present their demands. My role is to facilitate both sides so that the dialogue process can succeed.”

The Speaker highlighted the encouraging responses from both camps, adding, “When both sides sit together, finding solutions becomes possible.” He reiterated the importance of collective efforts, saying, “We are all Pakistanis, and it is our responsibility to work together for the betterment of the people and the nation.”

Referring to the discussions on the Charter of Democracy during a previous session, Ayaz Sadiq said, “The conversation on this topic will continue. Dialogue not only reduces bitterness but also improves the political climate, which is in the country’s best interest.”

The Speaker’s remarks underscored the significance of collaboration in addressing the challenges facing Pakistan and fostering a stable political environment.
