PESHAWAR: Former Chief Secretary of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and prominent bureaucrat Rustam Shah Mohmand has passed away. Known for his illustrious career, he also served as Pakistan’s ambassador to Afghanistan, playing a key role in strengthening bilateral relations between the two nations.
