Islamabad: Legal proceedings to declare Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur as a fugitive have commenced.

The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC), presided over by Judge Amjad Ali Shah, held a hearing regarding PTI’s November 24 protest in Islamabad.

During the hearing, the court issued a proclamation notice against Ali Amin Gandapur. The Hassan Abdal police were directed to execute the notice and submit a compliance report by January 21.
