Lahore: The Punjab Education Department has issued a new notification regarding the winter holidays for schools across the province.
According to the revised notification, winter holidays in Punjab will now start from December 23 instead of December 20, and schools will reopen on January 13, 2025.
Meanwhile, educational institutions across Sindh will observe winter holidays from December 21 to December 31, with the holidays applying to both private and public schools.
Previously, Punjab’s education department had announced winter holidays from December 20 to January 10, 2025, with schools set to resume on January 13. The recent change in the schedule has been made in response to adjustments by the education department.
