ISLAMABAD, : Recently, Adnan Jillani appeared in the show Daisbook, hosted by Junaid Saleem. In the show, he talked about host and actor Nadia Khan’s hypocritic nature and her trolling on actors and drama makers.
Talking about Nadia Khan’s hypocrisy, he said, “There is an interesting story regarding Nadia; she met me a few days ago; she praised my performance in Bismil. She said, ‘Adnan, I was amazed to see your first scene. It was brilliant; it didn’t look like acting. You performed it so naturally; it was an incredible performance. Wow! ( replied in her style).”
He further added, “I first met Nadia in Dubai, where she was supposed to interview me and Kamran, and she was quite reluctant to talk to me because she had made up her mind regarding me that I am an angry person”. The host, Junaid Saleem, also took a jibe at Nadia Khan about trolling actors for doing supporting characters in dramas.
Replying to the co-host’s question about Nadia Khan’s trolling on Adnan Jillani for Bismil, he answered, “Nadia Khan is an amazing host; she is doing her job as a critic. It is a task given to her to bring out the negative points from actors and the projects, and she has been doing it with sheer dedication. I stay away from controversies, but a project has all the good and bad points, and the actors know why they are being part of that certain show. Nadia is respectable for me, but my fans are more valuable than her; they are happy with my drama serial. There are all types of characters in a project that elevate the show, and I did a supporting character in Bismil.”
