Sahibzada Hamid has resigned from PTI’s Core Committee and Political Committee, announcing that he will soon resign from his National Assembly seat as well.

Chairman of Pakistan Sunni Ittehad Council (PSIC), Hamid Raza, has resigned from membership in two key committees of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

According to Express News, sources have confirmed that Hamid Raza has stepped down from PTI’s Core Committee and Political Committee.

Sources also stated that Hamid Raza has informed the party leadership about his resignation.

Earlier, PTI Secretary General Salman Akram Raja had also stepped down, citing continuous criticism following protests in Islamabad, and expressed his inability to continue in the role.
