Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan is still unlikely to be released after bail in the Tosha Khana 2 case.
The Islamabad High Court has approved the bail of PTI founder Imran Khan in the Toshakhana Case Two and has ordered his release.
According to sources, there is still no possibility of release after bail in the Tosha Khana 2 case.
Bail was dismissed in 3 cases registered against PTI founder in Lahore on May 9.
Imran Khan granted bail in Tosha Khana 2 case as well
According to sources, in spite of bail in 14 cases of founder PTI in Rawalpindi on May 9, bail bonds were not submitted.
Sources say that terrorism cases have been registered against PTI founder on September 28 and October 5 in Rawalpindi.
It should be noted that the Islamabad High Court has ordered the founder PTI to deposit a bond of Rs 10.10 lakh and also ordered him to appear before the trial court.
The court said that this is a case of evidence of overcharging the seat, the case of duress is yet to be proved, if the court does not cooperate during the trial, the bail may be returned.
Earlier, Imran Khan has been granted bail in the Tosha Khana One case as well.
It should be noted that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) arrested Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in the second Tosha Khana case on July 13, 2024.
