In a move aimed at ensuring timely and effective communication with Hajj pilgrims, the Ministry of Religious Affairs has launched a dedicated helpline to provide up-to-date information on Hajj flight schedules.

Following the directive of Federal Minister for Religious Affairs, Sardar Muhammad Yousaf, the ministry has activated a round-the-clock helpline at 051-9216980. The service will operate in two shifts and will remain functional 24 hours a day, according to the ministry spokesperson.

The helpline will provide pilgrims with accurate details about their flight timings and departures. The IT Director, Jameel ur Rehman, is overseeing the operations of the help desk.

Additionally, two officials have been designated to manage the helpline in separate shifts. Hafiz Majid will supervise the first shift and can be reached at +92-332-4509868, while Assistant Director Malik Asad will manage the second shift and is available at +92-321-5365023.

The ministry also advised all intending pilgrims to stay in close contact not only with the helpline but also with their respective Hajj Camps, to remain informed of any delays or last-minute changes in their flight schedules.

The announcement follows the successful launch of the “Road to Makkah” project at Karachi Airport, where the first flight carrying Hajj pilgrims has already departed.
