The International Cricket Council (ICC) has unveiled its Test Team of the Year, with Australia’s Pat Cummins named as captain.

The star-studded lineup includes four players from England and three from India, highlighting their dominance in the longest format of the game. Notably, no Pakistani player made it to the squad this year.

The team features standout performers such as Yashasvi Jaiswal, Ben Duckett, Kane Williamson, Joe Root, Harry Brook, Kusal Mendis, Jamie Smith, Ravindra Jadeja, Pat Cummins, Matt Henry, and Jasprit Bumrah.

The ICC Test Team of the Year recognizes exceptional performances and contributions to Test cricket during the year.
