According to a report by the foreign news agency Reuters, at least 25 Palestinians were martyred in Israeli airstrikes on Gaza on Friday. Medical experts have confirmed that 8 individuals were killed in an apartment in the Nusairat refugee camp, while at least 10 people, including 7 children, were martyred in Jabalia.

International media reports indicate that Israel began its attacks on Gaza after Hamas-led militants launched an assault on Israel’s southern communities on October 7, 2023. This attack resulted in 1,200 deaths and more than 250 people taken hostage. Israel claims that approximately 100 hostages remain in captivity, although it is unclear how many are still alive.

Meanwhile, Qatar and Egypt have reportedly succeeded in resolving some differences between the opposing parties, and a ceasefire is expected soon.

On the other hand, Gaza authorities have stated that over 45,000 Palestinians have been martyred due to Israeli airstrikes, and more than 2.3 million people have been displaced. Much of the coastal enclave now lies in ruins.
