130m voters registered across country: Election Commission

The Election Commission of Pakistan confirmed that over 132.2 million voters registered across the country.

the electoral watchdog issued the voters’ data. The number of male voters had reached over 70 million. Meanwhile, the number of female voters had surpassed over 60 million.

In a fresh data issued by the ECP, the federal capital had registered over 1.1 million voters.

The number of male voters in Islamabad reached 600,000, whereas the capital had registered over 500,000 female voters.

Punjab had registered over 70 million voters. Out of the registered data, over 40 million voters were male. Meanwhile, over 30 million female voters had also been registered in Punjab.

Balochistan had registered over 5.5 million voters. Over three million of the male voters registered in Balochistan, whereas more than 2.4 million female voters registered in the province.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh had recorded over 20 million voters each.The number of voters registered last month (October 22) was over 131.15 million.Meanwhile, the number of voters had reached 722,665 in the five weeks (November 29) across the country.

However, the ECP made it clear that Islamabad had witnessed no increase in the voters’ data.
